THE ROLE & TEAM
We are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a highly regarded commercial property team, working with a broad range of clients including investors, developers, and asset managers.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across a varied and high-quality caseload, with strong support, structured development, and clear progression opportunities. Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to high-value and complex matters from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting with the management of a busy caseload of commercial property matters
Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and other property management documents
Supporting acquisitions and disposals of investment properties
Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters
Handling asset management work including renewals, rent reviews, and regears
Coordinating transactions and liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship management
ABOUT YOU
Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly) with a training seat in commercial property
Strong technical grounding in real estate law, particularly landlord and tenant work
Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approach
Excellent communication and drafting skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a team
Enthusiastic, driven, and keen to develop your career within investment and property management
