Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our IS Informatics and Education team in the role of Informatics Support Analyst - Intermediate.
The Informatics Support Analyst – Intermediate provides comprehensive support and analysis to optimize the adoption and utilization of the electronic medical record (EMR) system. You will identify gaps and inefficiencies related to workflow and usage of the EMR system. You will collaborate with the Clinical Informatics team to support EMR system planning, implementation, and end user training. You will design, implement, and deliver training activities as well as end-user support to improve EMR system adoption and optimization with general supervision. You will maintain records of training activities and results. You will solve moderately complex problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years relevant ambulatory, clinical, healthcare, or training experience required.
- Requires the ability to travel 10-15% within Indiana.
- Requires the ability to work flexible hours (some overnight and weekend hours required).
- Cerner Electronic Medical Record experience preferred.
- Clinical certification preferred (LPN, CMA, RT, etc.).
