Your mission
- Web Tracking: You implement and optimize privacy-friendly tracking solutions
- Marketing Automation: You automate reporting processes and marketing workflows to reduce manual work
- SEO & Analytics: You conduct data-driven SEO analyses and develop technical SEO optimizations
- CRM & Data Integration: You work on integrating data sources into the CRM and ensure data quality
- AI-powered Marketing: You use AI tools for content creation, SEO, and marketing processes
- Reporting & Dashboards: You create automated reports and dashboards to visualize marketing KPIs
- Landing Pages: You develop and optimize landing pages (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) in our CMS

Your profile
- Studies: Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or Cybersecurity
- Communication: Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript – or the willingness to learn them quickly
- Analytical Thinking: Affinity for numbers, data analysis, and problem-solving
- Tools: Ideally some experience with web analytics
- Work Style: Structured, self-organized, and eager to experiment
- Nice-to-have: German language skills, experience with APIs, SQL, Python, SEO tools, or CRM systems
- Bonus: Interest in AI tools for marketing (OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, etc.)
