Your mission

  • Customer Communication: Handle technical and commercial inquiries from international customers via email and ticket system
  • Support: Assist developers, IT security managers, and product managers with integratio and usage of our solution
  • Documentation: Maintain our knowledge base and create technical guides
  • Process Optimization: Support automation of customer processes and development of internal tools
  • CRM & Data: Maintain customer data and document activities in the CRM system
  • Security Topics: Participate in security assessments and data privacy inquiries

Your profile

  • Studies: Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus, or Cybersecurity
  • Communication: Good German and English written and verbal skills
  • Technical Understanding: Interest in web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructures
  • Work Style: Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable
  • Nice-to-have: Initial experience with ticket systems, CRM tools, or support processes
