Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Sourcing, Screening, calling and scheduling the interviews for Non-IT requirements.
• Responsible for end to end Recruitment Process
• Following up on the interview process status
• Good Knowledge in various Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Must have handled mid-level to senior-level hiring
• Hands on experience in handling lateral/ leadership profiles within given timeline.
• Co-ordinating with various team managers for the open requirements.
Desired Skills:
• Prior Experience in Recruitment for minimum 3 years(Mandatory)
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
• Should be willing to work on a target based profile
