Job Description
As an Executive Assistant to China Management Board, you act as a business partner to the China executive leadership team, driving insight generation, decision support, and business execution follow-up.
Beyond coordination, you proactively translate data, information, and cross-functional inputs into actionable insights, enabling leadership to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and accelerate business performance.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for majors in Business, Data Analysis.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, or executive support with strong business exposure.
- Proven ability to transform data into insights and influence decision-making.

Main Tasks
Business Insight & Decision Support
- Synthesize internal performance data and external market intelligence to generate actionable insights.
- Translate complex data into concise executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
- Proactively highlight business risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Executive Agenda Enablement & Strategic Alignment
- Prioritize and structure key topics for leadership decision-making, ensuring focus on high-impact issues.
- Prepare high-quality materials (briefings, reports, presentations) to support executive discussions.
- Align cross-functional inputs to ensure clarity and consistency for decision forums (e.g., management meetings).
Business Execution Tracking & Follow-through
- Track execution of key decisions and strategic initiatives; ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Act as a coordination hub across teams to unblock issues and accelerate progress.
- Monitor key business KPIs and flag deviations.
Selective Administrative Support
- Provide selective administrative and coordination support for executives where necessary to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Other tasks assigned by executives.
