Collections Representative

Collections Representative is responsible for monitoring customer accounts, preparing strategy, and ensuring that delinquent accounts, delayed payments, and irregularities are followed up with and documented for the purpose of collection. This position requires daily communication with internal and external business partners at all levels of the organization.
