Customer Service Representative - Utah Based

 

Job Summary:

Must live in Utah.  As a Customer Service Agent, your role will be to focus on providing the correct resolutions for both customers and the business. You will handle customer relationships and assist with their individual service needs whilst delivering best-in-class customer service. Company website: Kizik.com

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and Chat.
  • Assist customers with purchases
  • Keep updated on KIZIK product and be able to answer questions for customers
  • Help facilitate returns/exchanges
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to work well with other departments
  • Engage customers professionally and friendly

 

Education/Experience:

  • High School Graduate
  • 1+ Years work experience in call center or CSR in office position

 

Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must attend in-person 3 week training at HQ
  • Primarily remote but occasionally in-person
