Sales Associate

Job Summary:

As a Kizik Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers and adhering to sales floor operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sharing the Kizik brand story and product knowledge with customers
• Forming customer relationships for the brand 
• Transacting POS sales accurately and maintain reporting as necessary
• Taking part in store build-out and assisting with on-going visual merchandising of the store and product
• Supporting the planning and execution of in-store special events
• Daily store operations and maintenance including light cleaning, trash, receiving shipment, organizing stock, etc

Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and frequently bend, kneel, and lift
• Ability to use stairs and ladders based on location
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

• Possess excellent communication skills
• Are organized and have a keen attention to detail
• Are proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn new things 
• Have the ability to work flexible shifts - including weekends and holidays
