Sentara Pace is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a CNA.
Position Status: Part Time, 20 weekly hours - Day Shift
Position Location: Home base is Norfolk, VA. This position is 90% out in the field, providing care at patient homes throughout Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake. Mileage reimbursement is paid for any miles driven between patient visits.
Must have personal vehicle and active Driver's License.
Pay Range: $16.92 - $25

Overview
Performs basic and routine patient care, such as personal hygiene, toileting, meal preparation and feeding, checks vital signs, intake/output, ambulation and assists patient with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the PACE center or in the home.
Education
Graduate of a state approved Nursing Assistant program/Trade School program (Required)
Certification/Licensure
CNA active in Virginia (required)
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
