Position Title: On-Site Supervisor (Cleaning & Maintenance Services)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: 6 Mykoly Pymonenka St., Kyiv, Ukraine
Requirements: The Candidate shall have at minimum:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities, or hospitality operations.
Ability to communicate in English.
Strong leadership, scheduling, and team-coordination skills.
Knowledge of safety practices.
Ability to maintain discipline and ensure quality standards.
Experience managing keys/access control is preferred.
Duties: The candidate must:
Serve as the primary point of contact with America House staff.
Supervise all cleaning and maintenance personnel on-site.
Prepare daily and weekly work schedules and ensure all tasks are completed.
Conduct regular quality-control inspections and correct deficiencies.
Coordinate work that requires noise, dust, or interruptions (48-hour notification).
Ensure staff follow all safety procedures, including PPE and "Wet Floor" signage.
Maintain key control, ensuring no unauthorized duplication and reporting losses.
Ensure uniforms, behavior, and conduct meet Embassy standards.
Submit personnel lists, schedules, and monthly performance documentation.
