Dev Project Manager

Description
Manage delivery of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) platform initiatives by driving project planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment. This role ensures releases meet quality, timeline, and business objectives while collaborating with global teams across the US, India, and China.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Drive end-to-end project planning and execution for CSI initiatives aligned with product roadmap and release schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, cloud operations, QA, and product management in global environments
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, release planning, and program-level discussions to ensure alignment and progress visibility
- Maintain integrated project schedules, tracking dependencies, risks, critical path items, and resource requirements
- Identify and proactively escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution and delivery
- Partner with engineering leads, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into actionable plans
- Support release readiness activities including quality validation, deployment coordination, and production readiness
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in ERP, SaaS, or cloud platform environments
- Proven experience coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
- Experience managing projects involving cloud-based enterprise applications or product releases
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present status, risks, and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team programs on time and within scope
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with ERP domains such as manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution
Experience with Infor products, CloudSuite Industrial, or SyteLine/CSI
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts such as AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe
Familiarity with release management, ITIL, or change management frameworks
Experience working in multi-tenant cloud product environments serving industrial or manufacturing customers
