Evernest is seeking a motivated, proactive and highly organized Onboarding Analyst to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties new to Evernest. The Onboarding Analyst is primary responsibility is owner satisfaction which requires excellent communication and impeccable coordination. The role touches marketing, leasing, collections, resident relations, retention, maintenance and renovations so you will partner with Resident Services, Accounting, Leasing and Property Services to deliver best in class results. The ideal candidate should have a background in real estate, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Director of Onboarding to build a best-in-class onboarding platform.
- Proactively communicate with new clients throughout the onboarding process, from welcome call to property inspection through to the first owner distribution.
- Meet client SLAs by ensuring timely inspections, renovations, and property marketing, and ensuring new properties meet minimum requirements.
- Collect and upload required documentation and complete compliance-related tasks.
- Meet team SLAs, including communication response times, phone pick-up rates, and daily/weekly audit completions.
- Act as liaison between internal teams and clients to deliver an unparalleled experience through all client interactions.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of owner statements.
- Escalate client, property, or market-level concerns to the Director of Onboarding.
- Audit third-party and proprietary platforms to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Efficiently stabilize new clients and properties, setting our property management teams up for success.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree
- Local Real Estate License: If you do not have a real estate license, you must be willing to obtain one within 90 days of your start date and hang your license with Evernest.
- 2+ years of real estate and customer service experience
- This is a remote position and requires an environment conducive to undistracted work

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
