Service Manager (Apartment Maintenance Supervisor) | HVAC | Multifamily

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage daily maintenance operations + service team
  • Oversee service requests, work orders, and completion timelines
  • Manage unit turns / make-readies (inspections, vendors, quality control)
  • Ensure completion of preventive maintenance programs
  • Maintain OSHA compliance and site safety standards
  • Track inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets
  • Maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal
  • Train and develop maintenance staff

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in multifamily maintenance
  • Prior experience as a Lead Tech or Service Manager
  • Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances
  • EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
  • CPO preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work on-call rotation + flexible schedule
