What You'll Do
- Lead and manage daily maintenance operations + service team
- Oversee service requests, work orders, and completion timelines
- Manage unit turns / make-readies (inspections, vendors, quality control)
- Ensure completion of preventive maintenance programs
- Maintain OSHA compliance and site safety standards
- Track inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets
- Maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal
- Train and develop maintenance staff
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years in multifamily maintenance
- Prior experience as a Lead Tech or Service Manager
- Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances
- EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
- CPO preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work on-call rotation + flexible schedule
