Where You'll Make a Difference
- Prepare and post journal entries across assigned entities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
- Prepare and review accruals and provisions, including expenses, incentives, and other relevant financial items.
- Reconcile balance sheet and profit and loss accounts, investigate variances, and drive resolution of issues.
- Perform financial reporting and analysis to support month-end close activities and business decision-making.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across the assigned scope.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and internal controls.
- Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and audit teams to support financial operations.
- Identify and drive process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and data quality.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Solid understanding of month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting capabilities.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong control and compliance mindset.

- Experience working with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
