About the Role

At AppNation, creativity is not a support function, it is one of the core growth drivers behind our products. As a Marketing Artist, you will play a key role in shaping how millions of users discover, engage with and connect with our apps across global markets.

You will work at the intersection of performance marketing, motion design, storytelling and AI-powered creativity. From high-performing ad creatives and motion videos to static concepts and experimental formats, you will help transform growth ideas into scalable marketing assets.

This role is not only about executing designs, it’s about understanding user psychology, platform trends and creative performance. You will collaborate closely with User Acquisition Managers, Product teams and fellow creatives to rapidly test new concepts, iterate based on data and continuously push creative boundaries.

We move fast, experiment aggressively and embrace new technologies. Whether it’s creating motion-heavy ad concepts, leveraging AI tools like Midjourney and HeyGen or exploring the next wave of creative automation, you’ll have the freedom and ownership to make a direct impact on the growth of our products.

The Recruitment Process

  2. First Interview: A 30-minute online interview with our People & Culture team to discuss your background, goals, and alignment with our mission.

  3. Case Study: A practical assignment to demonstrate your expertise and problem-solving skills.

  4. Technical Interview: A deep dive with our team lead, focusing on technical topics and assessing your knowledge.

  5. Team Interview: Meet with the founders to discuss your vision, aspirations, and how we can grow together.

  6. CEO Interview: A one-on-one conversation with our CEO to discuss alignment on vision, culture, and long-term goals.

  7. Final Decision: We’ll get back to you within a few days with our decision.
