About The Role
You are responsible for performing routine analytical testing of incoming materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and internal quality standards. Provide timely, accurate data to support batch release.
Job Description
- Analyze incoming materials (routine, non-routine, and retest) per internal GMP, GLP, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18001 procedures.
- Create documentation according to GMP/GLP standards.
- Immediately report any deviations or out-of-spec results to the QC Incoming Material Leader or QC Manager; complete OOS and Non-Conformance forms as required.
- Operate lab instruments proficiently (HPLC, UV VIS spectrophotometer, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, pH meter, Karl Fischer, IR, etc.).
- Prepare reagents, media, or mobile phases required for analyses and document per SOP.
- Assist with new method trials or method validation for new products under guidance from QC Incoming Material Leader /Associate QC Manager/Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and tidiness in the QC laboratory.
- Undertake special tasks as assigned (e.g., trial analyses, method verification/validation per compendium, ensure availability of reagents, and complete documentation).
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or other Life Sciences fields.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient in using HPLC, UV VIS Spectrophotometer, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, pH meter, Karl Fischer, Infrared Spectrometer, and other laboratory instruments.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Being active in organizations, communities is an advantage.
