We Are Hiring – Call Center / Collections Representatives (Bilingual, a must)
Location: Streator, IL (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (No Weekends)
Pay: $15.50/hour + commission opportunities

What You’ll Do
We are currently hiring call center/collections professionals to connect with customers and help resolve delinquent account issues. In this role, you will:
- Work directly with customers to find realistic repayment solutions
- Provide guidance, options, and support to help customers get back on track
- Deliver a positive, respectful, and solution-focused experience
- Balance customer needs with business objectives
Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants will be prioritized

Qualifications
- Customer service experience (call center or collections preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred and prioritized)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask across systems while speaking with customers
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work with diverse customers
