Painter | Engineering

  Position: Painter/Plasterer Department: Engineering Services Purpose: To ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment. Reports to: Director of Engineering Services   Essential Functions: Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis. Keep the hotel decor in good condition. Clean all work areas after completing job. Fill out Daily Work form. Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.   Physical Requirements: Able to lift more than 5 lbs. Stand/Walk throughout shift Bend/Stoop Climb ladders   Tools and Equipment: Telephone, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine,   Working Environment: Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures. Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.
