Position: Design Coordination Expert

Job Location:

Arunachal Pradesh, India

Role Objective

To coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design activities, ensuring timely review, approval, and implementation of design deliverables in alignment with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design submissions and reviews related to RCC dam and associated works.

• Ensure effective interface management between design, construction, and client teams.

• Track design deliverables, approvals, and revisions as per project schedule.

• Identify design conflicts and support timely technical resolutions.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual obligations.

• Support technical meetings and maintain proper documentation and reporting.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in design and design coordination of infrastructure projects.

• Experience in dam / hydropower projects is preferred.

• Strong understanding of design review processes and construction interfaces.

• Good coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
