Chief Baker

A well established indigenous company is expanding its operations into the banking business and therefore requires the following key personnel to man its operations

Qualification:

Candidates must be aged between 35-45 years, and must be a graduate in hotel and catering management, with at least 5 years experience in the bakery industry as a head/chief baker.

Candidates with relevant qualifications and significant industry experience will also be considered.

Applicant must also have knowledge of health and safety issues, an awareness of hygiene regulations and good practices.
