
Regional Operations Manager
Job Description
The Regional Operations Manager acts as the primary contact and connection between Lark-managed Hospitality Assets and above-property supporting departments. This role helps General Managers plan for the future of the business, supports appropriate hiring, training, and development of their teams, and holds them accountable for financial performance and the overall condition of the asset. The Regional Operations Manager supports communication with ownership, is intimately familiar with the property's financial performance and market forecast, travels to properties, interacts with staff, supports guest interactions, and exemplifies Lark's core values.
