Lawn Care Technician – Lawn Doctor of Cullman–Jasper–Moulton
Lawn Doctor is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who enjoy being outdoors and take pride in doing quality work. Our Lawn Care Technicians are the face of our company — you’ll treat residential and commercial lawns, speak with customers when needed, and help keep our equipment and shop running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Apply lawn treatments using top-quality, environmentally responsible products
- Operate spray equipment, spreaders, and aerators
- Drive a company truck on a daily route
- Provide friendly, professional service and answer basic customer questions
- Identify lawn issues and recommend additional services
- Assist with equipment cleaning, loading, and shop tasks
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work independently and stay on schedule
- Good communication skills
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to the shop
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Experience in lawn care, pest control, landscaping, or farm/field work is a plus but not required
