Job Description
Main responsibilities include monitoring, investigation, documentation, remediation of alerts in analytical environments. The role identifies control gaps and weaknesses for compliance with applicable laws and policies, contributes to process improvements, including utilizing AI to find solutions to team needs. Additional duties include researching and preparing communications on data strategy and projects, participating in cross-functional meetings to offer solutions, and developing subject-matter expertise in relevant business and data subject areas.
What you’ll do
-Develop and present data-driven insights and solutions with data derived from Privacera and other sources.
-Conduct and manage alerts to ensure proper role-based access and usage of enterprise data assets within our analytical environments.
-Collaborate with the team regarding elements of data governance audit and compliance programs including remediation.
-Identify controls and potential control gaps and weaknesses for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
-Support and assist the documentation of observations, recommendations and management response plans in written reports to Management.
-Responsible for maintaining central repository and loading, monitoring, and closing observations, recommendations.
-Regular access audit, review and certification.
-Regular data retention audits and remediation action plans.
-Work alongside the vendor to make improvements and resolve issues with Privacera
What experience you need
1- 2 years Data security, information security, data governance background
2-4 years Compliance work related
2-3 years Privacera configuration experience, regex, design
2-3 years Google Cloud basis exposure
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or Computer Science, or any completed university degree
