We are looking for an Employer Branding and Social Media expert who will be responsible for delivering engaging content that communicates our culture and values. This role will be working in a global matrixed environment which will require expertise in collaboration, accountability, and delivering tangible results.

This role will be a key player on a cross-functional team – spanning Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications and Brand – charged with bringing our employer brand to life. What you will do

  • Lead the development of TA related social media content specific to our employer brand that will help differentiate Equifax from our talent competitors

  • Find compelling stories from our 13K+ employees that communicate the key elements of our employer brand promise

  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Marketing, TA, and various business partners across the global enterprise as we seek to increase brand awareness in key talent markets

  • Develop a cohesive social media strategy that will support the recruiting efforts for the 24 countries in which we operate

  • Lead the development efforts of our social media content which will include videos, photos, and blog posts

  • Partner with our TA Leaders as we seek to creatively find ways to attract top talent

  • Provide social media support and coverage for key corporate events

  • Track, measure, and report on employer branding initiatives


What experience you need

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with corporate employer branding and social media

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience related to HR / Talent Acquisition employer branding content

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a global enterprise environment


What could set you apart

  • Experience with Social Studio and Hootsuite

  • Experience directing and creating video content for employer branding
