Sr. Sales Leader

Position Title: Senior Sales Leader (Permanent Full-time) 36-38 hours per week Location: Cairns Airport OBJECTIVE: We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about fashion and enjoy connecting with people. Drive sales and achieve KPIs. Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards. Manage stock control and inventory. Open and close the store, including cash reconciliation. Prepare daily reporting and liaise with Head Office. Required QualificationS: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, travel, tourism, beauty, or service-oriented environments. Experience in fashion or luxury retail is considered a strong asset. Background in one or more of the following industries: Fashion or luxury retail, hospitality, airlines, cruise ships, hotels and resorts, beauty and customer service Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building rapport with clientele. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Interest in fashion and representing a global brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
