Sales Associate (Part Time & Casual)

Position Title: Part-Time Sales Associates (20 hours per week) Casual Opportunities (15+ hours per week for regular weekly shifts.) (5–10 hours per week for weekends, peak trading periods and annual leave.)   Location: Cairns Airport   OBJECTIVE: We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about fashion and enjoy connecting with people. Achieve sales and KPI targets. Process sales through the POS system. Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards. Assist with opening, closing and store presentation. Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team. Be available for a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays. Required QualificationS: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, travel, tourism, beauty, or service-oriented environments. Experience in fashion or luxury retail is considered a strong asset. Background in one or more of the following industries: Fashion or luxury retail, hospitality, airlines, cruise ships, hotels and resorts, beauty and customer service Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building rapport with clientele. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Interest in fashion and representing a global brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
