Child Behavioral Health Review Specialist

Nature & Scope of Position: Nature & Scope of Position: Participate on a multi-disciplinary team, to perform treatment plan assessments and ongoing monitoring for a youth population, to include review of clinical documents, treatment plans, and monitoring progress leading towards discharge planning.

Assessments include review of historical records, individual interview, interview of significant caregiver and/or family members, obtaining key copies of medical records, and completing assessment and summary reports.
