General Manager

The General Manager leads all operations of a Holman Logistics facility and holds full accountability for its financial performance, service delivery, and people. Working in close partnership with the customer and Holman leadership, the General Manager sets the site’s strategic direction and drives the continuous improvement that grows revenue, controls cost, and consistently exceeds customer expectations. Above all, this role builds a safety-first, high-performing culture and develops the managers and Team Members who bring it to life.
