Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor, Cleveland, OH (St. Clair) Arclin is seeking Plant Shift Supervisors for their St. Clair, Cleveland OH Plant. The Plant Shift Supervisor leads all on shift production, safety, and compliance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role directs operators, manages shift resources, coordinates with maintenance and quality, and ensures adherence to all safety, environmental, and company standards. The Shift Supervisor is accountable for on time production, product quality, asset care, and thorough shift handovers while fostering a culture of safety, operating discipline, and continuous improvement.
