Assistant Banquet Manager

The beautiful Residence Inn / Springhill Suites by Marriott Greenville Downtown is seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager (Banquet Captain). The purpose of this role is to organize and coordinate the set-up, service, and breakdown for all food and beverage functions; maintain communication with meeting planners, ensuring complete guest satisfaction; and be in charge of proper training of servers and co-leads.
