Job Description
The College Pathways Manager – Middle & High School Advising serves as a motivator, advisor, and resource provider for students in grades 6–12. Reporting to the Director of Academic Success and working closely with Club leadership, this role supports academic achievement and future planning by providing targeted intervention, promoting early college awareness, and guiding students through middle school to high school graduation and finally the post-secondary planning process.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position and occasional Saturday hours, scheduled in advance and adjusted within the work week as needed. The manager is accountable to their Club’s leadership team for site-based coordination and alignment with member needs.
