Job Description
The Pastry Cook is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the kitchen team including food preparations for the Saddleroom Grill. The role requires a strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards and protocols as this role will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. The Pastry Cook will have the ability to put help with menu development as the menu changes every week. This is an opportunity to work with award winning chefs with Michelin star experience with a frequently changing menu. Free meal every shift included.
