Machine Builder II

  Summary: Independently completes the production of the machine by assembling components and sub-assemblies.                    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   Assembles sub-components of machines.   Completes sub-assemblies on machines.   Inspects, cleans, and assembles parts and equipment to ensure customers’ specifications are met.   Uses cranes and various hand and power tools.   Identifies and resolves issues regarding the assembly of the machine.   Disassembles machine, when necessary, to repair machine.   Works independently on assigned machine platform.   Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated relevant work history.
