This high-impact role goes beyond traditional recruiting, seeking an expert who can proactively source top-tier technical and high-volume talent, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and champion a world-class candidate experience. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from strategic sourcing to a seamless onboarding handoff, all while continuously improving our processes and enhancing our employer brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both technical and high-volume recruiting, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about scaling a growing business.
