About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Production Technician to support the assembly, testing, and servicing of our unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs). You will work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to bring our robotic systems from prototype to field-ready deployments.
As part of our growing production team, your role will directly impact the delivery of robust, mission-critical robotic platforms for defense and dual-use applications.
What You’ll Build
- Assemble mechanical and electronic sub-systems
- Manufacture mechanical and electronic components using workshop tools and equipment
- Commission and test UGVs and integrated payloads
- Perform maintenance and repairs on fielded systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
- Support live exercises, demos, and field tests as part of our deployment team
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training in mechatronics, automotive mechanics, toolmaking, or similar field
- Hands-on skills and a solid understanding of mechanical systems
- Quick comprehension, proactive mindset, and sense of responsibility
- Experience in production, assembly, or repair of complex systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with a practical, structured approach
- Fluent in German, English a plus
