Job Description
Fixed-term contract position: 4 Months
What you will do. A glimpse in your role:
As a Creative Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Blue by Shift4 rebranding project, ensuring the successful rollout of the new brand identity across all Tax Free Forms and traveller communications worldwide.
You will be responsible for applying the new branding (logo, visual identity, and layouts) while maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening Global Blue’s global brand presence across regions including Europe, APAC, and the Americas.

Apply the Global Blue by Shift4 brand identity (logo, visual system, layout) across Tax Free Forms and related materials
Ensure brand consistency across all regions (Europe, APAC, Americas)
Redesign and update Tax Free Forms in line with the new branding guidelines
Adapt layouts for multilingual and country-specific requirements
Ensure all forms comply with regulatory and operational standards
Manage and deliver Tax Free Form requests accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on form updates and new designs
Maintain and regularly update the Tax Free Form library
Ensure all documents are current, correctly branded, and easily accessible
Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if:
Strong expertise in print design and production
Excellent layout and typography skills, especially for multilingual content and leaflets
Solid understanding of brand identity systems
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments
Experience working with print suppliers and production systems (e.g., Galaxi)
High attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills
Skills
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop – essential)
Experience with Figma
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway) is an advantage
Strong understanding of print production workflows
Qualifications and education requirements
Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite and design production tools
Strong creative skills combined with meticulous attention to detail
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Knowledge of print production processes and management tools
Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in an in-house creative team or agency environment
Experience in high-volume production and brand rollout projects is highly desirable
