Job Description
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) to maintain data center operations.
- Lead the full life-cycle of controls projects, including developing scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and managing the execution of system improvements.
- Develop and modify controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces while iterating on Sequences of Operation (SOO) with design teams.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and assistance to internal customers while supporting procurement activities and vendor proposal reviews.
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise vendor performance and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and local codes.
