Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Treat patients under the PT’s established plan of care
  • Coach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and strengthening
  • Monitor patient response and communicate progress to the PT
  • Assist with progression using clinic tools and objective measures as appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with aides to maintain patient flow and care quality
  • Complete documentation efficiently during the workday

Clinic Environment

  • Open-gym, active rehab setting
  • Structured scheduling with team support
  • Clear role expectations and progression guidelines
  • Mix of general ortho and athletic patients

Mentorship and Support

  • Direct access to the Clinic Director and PT for feedback and questions
  • Gradual onboarding with observation and collaborative treatment sessions
  • Ongoing guidance focused on confidence, efficiency, and consistency
  • New grads welcome if motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State
  • Interest in sports rehab and orthopedic care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skill

Compensation and Benefits

  • $30-$35/hr. based on experience
