Director, SIOP and Operations

The Culligan Retail North America is seeking a hands-on Director of SIOP and Operations to lead supply chain planning and execution across the business. This is an operator role for a leader who stays close to the details, works well cross-functionally, and is accountable for results.

The role owns the end-to-end SIOP process, including supply planning, sourcing, and inventory management across Zero Water, ProOne/MaxClear, and Culligan DIY, with a clear mandate to reduce inventory while maintaining service levels and managing risk trade- offs. In parallel, the role drives key operational initiatives such as souring projects, continuous improvement and supply chain execution for new product launches.
