Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Support achievement of sales, labor, and food cost goals.
- Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and waste.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization according to Firehouse Subs brand standards.
- Train, coach, and develop crew members and shift leaders.
- Create and support staff schedules to meet business needs and labor targets.
- Lead shifts and model exceptional customer service.
- Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Assist with cash handling, deposits, and daily reports.
- Maintain food safety logs and required documentation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or quick-service industry.
- Strong understanding of labor management and cost controls.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Organizational and time management skills
