Director of Crisis, Access and Care Coordination

Provides strategic and operational leadership for HRDI’s behavioral health access and crisis response programs, including Mobile Crisis Response (590–591) and hospital-based mental health services. Oversees care coordination, crisis intervention, and community integration efforts to ensure timely access to services, continuity of care, and strong partnerships across healthcare and community systems. This role requires availability to support crisis operations and leadership needs on a 24/7 basis.
