Pool Manager - Seasonal

This classification has been designated as a non-benefited, non-classified, non-merit system, at-will position.  The City of Mesa is currently recruiting Pool Managers  to work full-time during the Summer Season.  The Season runs from April 2026 through August 2026.  Applicants from this recruitment may also be considered for year-round positions. As a Pool Manager, you will manage operations of a City of Mesa swimming pool facility and associated aquatics programs.  You will supervise staff, determine staffing levels, prepare schedules, assign personnel to duty stations, observe pool attendance, add or shift Lifeguards to ensure proper coverage, and oversee timekeeping.  Other duties...
