Family Nurse Practitioner (Modesto McHenry)

Under designated physician(s) collaboration/supervision for drugs/device furnishing, Family Nurse Practitioners provide high-quality, compassionate primary care to patients of all ages. Will perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose/manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and promote disease prevention through education, counseling, and age-appropriate screenings.

Location and Schedule: Will work at Modesto McHenry Clinic. Availability to work five (5) eight (8) hour days, or four (4) ten (10) hour days. Might work scheduled evening clinic hours, and act independently as a solo provider under telephone communication with a physician supervisor.

Compensation: $ 147,000 – $177,000 Annual Salary; Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance Eligible
