Direct Support Professional - Counselor Aide (Contingent)

Harbor is seeking a Counselor Aide within our women's residential substance use treatment program. A Counselor Aide is responsible for providing direct care to resident daily activities, overseeing household operations, and maintaining clinical records. Position is contingent, and candidates must be able to work some weekends and holidays.

Due to the sensitive nature of the position and the need to protect the privacy and safety of female residents, this position is open to female applicants only. This is a bona fide occupational qualification (BFOQ) under Title VII.
