
Residential Navigator - Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center
Job Description
Residential Navigators provide direct support and supervision to individuals admitted to the Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center. They work collaboratively with clinical staff to implement stabilization plans, support emotional regulation, and assist clients in achieving short-term stabilization goals. The Residential Navigator ensures a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients during their stay. This role focuses on ongoing engagement, skill-building, and reinforcement of coping strategies to reduce immediate crisis symptoms and promote stabilization.
Compensation: between $19.74 and $23.54 per hour (wage is determined by total years of relevant experience) Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (evenings)
