Trafficking Case Manager III - Heartland Housing Sanctuary (Part Time, Overnignt)

This position will work as part of the human trafficking team working in close collaboration with several social service organizations ensuring that survivors can access program services with minimal barriers. The trafficking case manager will work in the crisis stabilization shelter and will provide comprehensive case management, safety planning, and ongoing support to survivors of human trafficking specifically those who have been sexually exploited and/or trafficked.

Compensation: between $19.74 and $23.54 per hour (wage is determined by total years of relevant experience) Work Schedule: 28 hours per week, Sunday evening from 9:30 pm-7:30 am and Monday and Tuesday from 10:30 pm-7:30 am. weekly
