Case Manager III - Heartland Bridges (overnights, full time)

Heartland Bridges houses two programs, Bridges Transitional Living and Bridges Crisis Care. Transitional Living is a short-term transitional housing program enriched with supportive services designed to assist people with a diagnosed mental health or co-occurring condition while they transition to stability in the community. Crisis Care is a residential stabilization service designed for individuals who need a safe, secure environment for three to five days while stabilizing from a crisis before returning to the community where they live.

Compensation: between $19.74 and $23.54 per hour (wage is determined by total years of relevant experience) Work Hours: four overnights per week (10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.)
