Job Description
The Butterfly Keeper & Education Specialist will be responsible for facilitating a wide variety of educational programs throughout the Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center and Conservatory. This position is focused on educating the public on entomology, ecology, horticulture, and conservation as well as caring for our center’s lepidopterans. Butterfly Keeper and Education Specialist will be working with many different types of audiences, ranging from toddlers to senior citizens, through planned programs and educational opportunities that visitors encounter during their trip to Callaway Gardens. This is a full-time position and scheduling will include at least but not limited to two weekends a month.
