Facilities Supervisor (Evening Shift)-Smoky Mountains Resort

This position will be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager in leading a team of general maintenance technicians to provide service to owners and guests in the maintenance and repair of timeshare guest units and assets. This individual will participate in the training and supervision of their team. This Supervisor will serve as a role model, develop talent and provide staff support in handling complex situations and ensure the staff’s commitment to meeting service expectations. This supervisor will provide direct supervision of engineering maintenance teams to assure proper response to requests for service, planned maintenance, and preventative maintenance. This individual must be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures associated with industry and company standards.
